CI runner terms of service in effect

Terms for the macOS CI runner service took effect on 7 September 2026: a fresh execution environment per job, deleted when the job ends, billed by the minute against prepaid credit, without a subscription, minimum term or auto top-up. (Corrected 2026-09-28: an earlier version of this entry mentioned minutes included in monthly and yearly plans, which the 7 September terms did not contain.
