CI runner service
XenoCI runs software development, build and test jobs in a macOS environment through GitHub Actions or the API. Each job receives a fresh environment that is deleted when the job ends. General SSH accounts and desktop access are not provided. A manually created instance has a separate lifecycle from job environments and is managed with stop, start and delete. When a manual instance is stopped, its saved state remains until the deployment's configured stopped-state expiry; after expiry, the saved state is deleted. Authorized debug commands are available for running jobs through the console or API, with time limits.
Acceptable use
Runners may be used only to build and test software. You may not use them for anything unrelated to building or testing software, including holding a runner idle with sleep or wait commands or otherwise occupying capacity. Cryptocurrency mining, DDoS attacks, network scanning, sending spam, and using a runner as a remote-access machine or proxy are also prohibited. If we find a violation, the job is terminated immediately and we may restrict the account's use of the service.
Billing
The service runs on prepaid credits, and nothing is charged to your card automatically each month. Every account gets 100 free credits each month (1 credit = 1 minute of an M4 Mac), granted once the account connects a GitHub account that is at least 30 days old, once per GitHub account and once per XenoCI account. Free credits refill every month and unused free credits do not carry over. Purchased extra credits do not expire and carry over; automatic top-up runs only if you turn it on in settings. Connecting GitHub authorizes repositories and does not issue a separate credit. Runtime is metered per second, with no minimum. Jobs use free credits first (1 credit = 60 seconds (1 minute) of base build time). After those are used up, runtime multiplied by the label's rate is deducted from prepaid extra credits (1 credit = KRW 100) only if you turn on extra credits; they are off by default, and with them off jobs wait with no extra charge. Card top-ups start at KRW 5,000, and your card isn't charged each time you run a job. Rates follow the console price table; if a rate changes, a running job keeps the rate from when it started. There is no minimum term.
Refunds
Purchased extra credits are refunded in full if you ask within 7 days of payment and have used none of them. Otherwise, unused purchased credits are refunded on request to support, minus 10% of the payment for payment and processing fees. Credits already used, the monthly free credits, pack bonuses and operator adjustments are not refundable.
Network and data
Outbound access is restricted to default allowed domains and domains added by your organization. Legacy Linux runtime logs are retained for up to 90 days. macOS VMs, caches, commands and host runtime logs are deleted when jobs end. GitHub Actions workflow logs remain available through GitHub and follow its policies. Concurrent macOS environments are limited by Apple software licensing terms.
Responsibility and contact
